We start with a hearty round sourdough loaf, creating a bowl, then grill it to a lovely golden brown. We then fill it to the brim with our piping hot homemade split pea soup and finish it off with crisp bacon bits, toasted croutons, diced ham, chopped scallions and grated cheddar cheese all served on the side.
